Open Submission - 7 July 2024

PELGBA have received an invitation from the Aarhus Division in the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications to take part in a stakeholder consultation relating to Environmental Legal Costs.

An interdepartmental group, chaired by the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communication has been established to progress the drafting of the regulations in relation to the scale of fees, to review in order to mitigate any potential risks arising from the establishment of a financial assistance mechanism and if appropriate, draft any necessary regulations.

The deadline for submissions has been extended until the 21st July 2024. PELGBA members are invited to make any observations, which might form part of a PELGBA submission or observation on the same.
